As a trained CAPPA doula, I have a great understanding and respect of the emotional and physiological process of labor and delivery. My doula services include 1 complimentary consultation/interview, 2 prenatal visits, continuous support via phone/email during your pregnancy, being on call 24/7 for your delivery, continuous support before, during and after your birth and 1 postpartum visit.
